Testing Neck Flexion range of motion with an inclinometer involves the following steps:

  1. Have the client adopt a seated or standing position.
  2. Place the Measurz inclinometer on top of the client’s head, and then instruct them to flex their neck forward as far as they can.
  3. Once maximal range of motion is achieved, hit the pause, and then the save button to generate and view the results. NB: Should see a result of at least 60 degrees of neck flexion.

The normal range of motion for Neck Flexion can vary depending on several factors, including age, gender, and overall health. However, generally, the normal range for Neck Flexion is considered to be at least 60 degrees.
