Subprocessors and Other Service Providers

Movement Assessment Technologies (“MAT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses selected third-party providers to operate our business, websites, training services and Measurz applications.

A subprocessor is a provider that processes personal information on our behalf. Not every provider listed below has access to Measurz client or assessment information. Measurz providers are therefore identified separately from MAT’s general business providers.

The processing locations below describe the principal locations relevant to our use of each service. Some providers may process information in additional countries through their corporate groups and approved subprocessors.

Measurz subprocessors

These providers help us operate Measurz, Measurz Resultz and related web services.

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS)

Sydney, Australia

Cloud infrastructure, application and database hosting, file storage, encrypted backups, service operation, and delivery of transactional and service-related emails through Amazon SES.

Austria and other locations
Customer-support management, live chat, in-app messaging, customer communications, notifications, feedback and technical issue reporting. 

Google LLC – Firebase

United States and other locations
Application infrastructure, device and application identifiers, and delivery of Android push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Google LLC – Firebase Crashlytics

United States and other locations
Application stability monitoring, crash reporting, diagnostics, troubleshooting and technical performance analysis.

Apple Inc. – Apple Push Notification Service

United States and other locations
Delivery of push notifications to Apple devices.

Stripe, Inc.

United States and other locations
Subscription billing, payment processing, fraud prevention and payment-related customer support.

RevenueCat, Inc.

United States and other locations
Subscription management, purchase validation, billing and purchase information, subscription status, customer entitlements and payment-related identifiers. RevenueCat does not directly store full payment-card details for app-store purchases.

Appointment scheduling, customer call bookings, reminders and booking-related communications.

Google LLC – Google Workspace

Business email, calendars, communications, document creation, file storage and business administration.

Business telephone services and handling inbound or occasional outbound customer-support calls.

App distribution and platform providers

These organisations provide app distribution, subscriptions, operating-system services or platform-based payments. Depending on the service and transaction, they may act as independent controllers rather than subprocessors acting solely on MAT’s instructions.

These providers may receive website, device, cookie or advertising-interaction information. They do not host Measurz client assessment records for MAT.

The use of non-essential analytics and advertising technologies may depend on the visitor’s location and cookie choices.

Logistics and fulfilment providers

When a customer purchases a physical product, relevant contact, order and delivery information may be provided to shipping and fulfilment providers. These providers may act as independent controllers when providing delivery services.

International processing

Measurz’s primary AWS infrastructure is hosted in Sydney, Australia. Some supporting providers may process personal information outside Australia.

Where required, MAT uses appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Changes to our providers

We may update this list when we add, replace or discontinue a provider. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when this list was most recently revised.
