Five new and improved testing modes with real-time force curves bring your assessments to life and save you time with less clicks needed to get life-changing data from your Muscle Meter and Gripper. Please note: these interactive graph updates are only available to our V2 & V3 Muscle Meters and Grippers.

Max Mode - Updated

Our new Max Testing Mode captures your client’s true maximal strength with clean, real-time data. You get a sharp peak force reading, a smooth live force curve to spot inconsistencies, and torque numbers that actually reflect joint-specific capacity and quickly compare to norms.

RFD Mode - Updated

RFD Mode shows how fast a client can produce force, giving you a clear picture of true power and explosiveness. With live curves plus metrics like RFD, RTD, time to peak, torque, and impulse, it highlights deficits, asymmetries, and readiness in seconds — no guessing, just objective speed-of-force data.

Static Endurance Mode - Updated

Static Endurance Mode shows how well a client can hold force over time — not just how long they “hang on.” You get a clean live force curve, max and average force, plus a fatigue index that exposes drop-off and endurance gaps instantly. It’s the simplest way to see who holds strong, who fades fast, and where to target strength-endurance training with confidence.

Dynamic Endurance Mode - Brand-New

Dynamic Endurance Mode shows how well a client can repeat force over time, giving you rep-by-rep curves, max and average force, and a clear fatigue index. It instantly highlights control, and fatiguability gaps so you can track real progress — not just rep counts.

Pain Press Threshold (PPT) Mode - Updated

PPT Mode measures the exact force where pain starts limiting movement, giving you a clear threshold value and live graph for safe, consistent testing. It’s the simplest way to quantify sensitivity, compare sides, and track desensitisation progress using real data — not vague pain ratings.
