Ok, the rest of the results haven't been earth-shattering.......and I hate to disappoint you but today I'm a long way from my PB's on some heavy strength testing.
Trap bar deadlift 120kg: 1 rep max
Squat 80kg: 2 rep max
Bench Press 80kg: 4 rep max
