Day 5 - It’s all in the hips

Today we start to emphasise around one of my often troublesome areas, the hips, utilising the MAT and our hip IR test and some squat analysis.

Hip IR test: L 55 degs R 40 degs

Squat tests: some positions I feel like I can squat well and with a wider stance, slightly externally rotated or a combination of the both. Right foot slightly in front of the left foot in the sagittal plane also helps.
